KUTOA fails to deliver
KUTOA Consumer Complaint
On June 5, I placed an online order with KUTOA for a case of its health bars. It is now the beginning of July, and the order still hasn't arrived! According to their online records, my current address "does not exist" -- although I've lived here for years -- and this was offered as an explanation as to why my order was not delivered in a timely fashion. When I called the first time to complain, I was told the order would be re-processed and delivered shortly; I waited ten days, and still nothing! And when I called yet again to inquire, no one bothered to return my call.... More...
